Pleural Thickening Compensation The courts give a broad bracket of between £27,450 AND £56,000 depending upon the severity of the symptoms and the risks of contracting mesothelioma, lung cancer or asbestosis.

In certain pleural thickening cases we may advise that a provisional offer be accepted.  This allows you to reopen the case should you ever unfortunately contract another condition.  However provisional damages cases have a slightly lower value.  We will advise you on the best course of action.
